Call for Abstracts

Key dates:

Abstract Portal Opens: Tuesday 12 May 2026

Abstract Portal Closes: Friday 19 June 2026

Dear Authors,

The purpose of this important conference is to provide a formal professional development meeting incorporating opportunities for health practitioners to interact, share experiences, teach and learn. The 2026 conference celebrates the diversity of aerospace medicine in Australasia and will explore the theme Beyond Altitude: Building a Sustainable Future for Aerospace Medicine, highlighting the future challenges, innovations and opportunities shaping the specialty. Abstracts and case presentations encompassing the breadth of practice in our region are invited.

The organising committee invites all those interested in the field of aerospace medicine to submit an abstract for a scientific presentation at the 2026 conference. We particularly encourage members to submit abstracts for clinically difficult or unusual cases which they have encountered in their practice.

ORAL PRESENTATIONS

Selected authors will be invited to present their papers in an appropriate session. It is anticipated that presentations will have a 20-minute time slot (15-min presentation followed by 5-min questions).
